Indian Journalist Association started struggle for journalist protection law

The meeting of the Indian Journalist Association cum Teghra subdivision union was held at the residence of District Secretary Nalini Ranjan. Which was presided over by District President Sumit Kumar Singh, Block President of Mansoorchak Amit Kumar. While formally inaugurating the conference, renowned litterateur, poet retired teacher Shailendra Sharma Tyagi said that journalists are the mirror of the country from the village society. Going to every corner, the most difficult problems of the society fearlessly play an important role in reaching the government through newspapers and channels. He said that journalists are the fourth pillar of democracy, whose protection becomes the responsibility of all people. Senior journalist cum retired headmaster of Higher Secondary School Arun Kumar Rai said that a journalist is identified by his writing. At present, journalists are working through a difficult path and risking their lives to keep the truth on the paper. . Best wishes for further strengthening the organization. Laxman Kumar Sharma, General Secretary Shamshul Qamar were unanimously declared elected on the post of Teghra Subdivision President.
The election process was completed under the leadership of Pankaj Kumar Jha, state secretary of the Indian Journalist Association. While congratulating the newly elected office bearers of all the Indian Journalists Association, Pankaj Kumar Jha started struggle demanding a security law for journalists. Senior District Vice President Ranjan Kumar, District General Secretary Rakesh Kumar Singh, District Treasurer Mohd Farog ur Rehman, Ballia Subdivision President Pramod Kumar Chaudhary, Mohd. Kadir, Mansoorchak Block President Amit Kumar, Bachwada Block President Shakti Kumar, Media Incharge Neeraj Kumar, Nitish Addressing Kumar, others also took a pledge to speed up the movement regarding the problems of journalists under the banner of Indian Journalist Association organization.
