Indian Journalist Association Jamshedpur unit team met Manjunath Bhajantri, the new Deputy Commissioner of District East Singhbhum and welcomed him with a memento and a bouquet. Along with this, the pen which is called the weapon of the journalist was also presented. Thanking everyone, the Deputy Commissioner said that this pen is actually the real power of a journalist. Accepting the greetings of all the journalists, he discussed about the interests of the journalists. Along with discussing the problems of the city, especially regarding the cases against Nash, he talked about running a campaign. On the other hand, from time to time, attention was drawn to the public problems of the city and the difficulties arising out of them, and cooperation was sought in removing them.
On this occasion, District President of Indian Journalist Association Anil Kumar Maurya said that the association is ready to fully cooperate with the administration to remove the anti-social activities happening in the city. On the other hand, Kolhan President Salman Khan specifically spoke about the interests of journalists. State Secretary Atif Khan talked about adding the Deputy Commissioner by forming a WhatsApp group, so that everyone can get timely information about local public issues through the group.
